- Lenders. When you acquire a property through our services, VESTUS provides
your name, email and information about your purchase to mortgage providers
- Consent. When you consent or direct VESTUS to share the information. For
example, if you choose to contact a real estate agent through VESTUS, your name,
e-mail and acquired property address will be provided to the agent(s).
- Service providers to VESTUS. When VESTUS hires a service provider to help
operate or deliver the services of our business, VESTUS may give access to personal
data only as necessary for the provider to perform the service, and subject to the
terms of this privacy policy.
- Legal obligation or protection from harm. When VESTUS has a good faith belief
that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the personal information is reasonably
necessary to (a) satisfy any requirement of law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable
governmental request, (b) enforce or investigate a potential violation of the Terms
of Use, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise respond to fraud, security or technical

Some Things are Not Covered

to provide in a public area of VESTUS and our services (such as your profile page

While we do not share your personal information with third parties unless permitted
above, VESTUS may share aggregate anonymous information with third-parties. This
information does not personally identify individuals, but instead provides a helpful

Children Under the Age of 13

VESTUS will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person
under the age of 13. Our services, including Web site access, are not available
to persons under the age of 13.

Personal information will be processed and stored by VESTUS in databases hosted
in the United States as well as in paper files stored as part of Company records.
